Parking Information

Unfortunately, we have no parking facilities.

We advise clients to find parking in the residential areas behind the practice.


If you have an emergency or have issues transporting your pet in and out of your vehicle, please call ahead and one of our staff members will direct you to pull up outside the front of the practice and assist you with moving your pet inside and keep an eye on them whilst you find a parking space.


We are also happy to keep an eye on your pet at the end of your visit whilst you bring your car back to the front of the building, and can assist you with loading your pet in to your vehicle.

SignVideo - Connect to BSL Interpreter


If you are hard of hearing, please use this link to connect to a BSL interpreter, who will be able to sign to us via videochat.

SignVideo is a free service for deaf clients who use British Sign Language (BSL). You can use it to make a call to our veterinary practices and during a face to face appointment. This is done via video call with a SignVideo BSL interpreter.
To access the service you will need to have access to your own smartphone, laptop, PC or tablet with its own data.
This service is available 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

How to use the service in practice:
On arrival, deaf clients can indicate to the receptionist that they wish to use this service. The client can use the SignVideo App on their device to connect to a live BSL interpreter and switch the loudspeaker on.
The client will sign the purpose of their visit to the interpreter who will then speak to the receptionist. The interpreter will sign back the receptionist’s responses. If required, this two-way communication channel can be used in the consultation room too.


 Out-of-hours vet service available

 If you're in need of emergency vet care outside of our practice hours, MiNightVet Emergency Care at Highcroft Veterinary Hospital are our provider. MiNightVet are able to access any of our registered animals clinical notes, giving owners peace of mind. They can be reached on 01275 832410.
